Topic:

Many teams new to Agile struggle with writing user stories.  They write user stories that are too large to be completed in a single iteration, and they have a hard time breaking them down into smaller chunks of value.  In this hands on workshop, we will practice techniques for splitting large user stories into smaller chunks. We'll compare best practices with common pitfalls.
